On 14 February, the day of love flattened with hatred. It was 3.15 P.M. when CRPF 76th Battalion convoy passing from Lethpora (Near Awantipora) in the Pulwama District. When a Mahindra Scorpio SUV carrying 350 kg of Explosive rammed to the convoy and killed 46 brave lives.

Jaish-e-Mohammed a Pak based terrorist organization which took the authority of the Pulwama Terror attack. They Confirmed their hand by releasing a video of the assailant Adil Ahmad Dar. He was a 22-year-old local who performed this massive attack.

Pulwama Attack

The Convoy of 78 was carrying 2500 CRPF personnel from Jammu to Srinagar via National Highway 44. They left Jammu at 3.30 PM with the aim to reach the camp before the evening. Meanwhile at Lethpora where they were targeted. By the evening news of havoc reached to every corner of the world and broke a sky of grief and anger in the country and outside.

Pulwama Attack-Reactions

  1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned Pulwama terror attack and directed the arms forces to start making a strategy which will not let sacrifices of our soldiers advance in vain.
  2. On 15 January, in CCS meeting an assent was issued to the military to take the appropriate action to detach terrorism in a valley.
  3. Indian government removed Pakistan status of Most Favored Nation.
  4. UN and 48 Nations condemned this brutal terror attack in the valley and all nations extending their support to India in the fight with terrorism.
  5. UN in the official statement used strong words and hinted Pakistan to destroy all the terrorist organization which is growing up on their soil.

Background

The brutal happening in the valley once again raises the modesty of Indian peace favored policy. Since the beginning of the insurgency in Kashmir, India is putting stress on peaceful and two-sided talks as a key to resolve the distress.

In response, Pakistan is not making any steps towards its regulation and destruction. Indian investigation pointing out Pakistan as Terrorist sponsor Nation & intelligence agency ISI as Supporter of Mastermind.

Pakistan Govt. continuous support to a terrorist organization for their own ease is a most terrible slog. Such policy of their own benefit ultimately results in distress in our soil.

Militants In Kashmir

Several major terrorist groups like Harkat-ul-jihad al-Islami, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Al-Badar. Such an organization is operating from Pakistan soil against the welfare of Indian Peace.

The prime aim of such an organization is to capture the local youth of Kashmir as Militants. Militants act on their behalf and implement their schedule planning at a ground level.

It is an ongoing process since the beginning where local People is used as a tool of the display. They are targeted because of the idle, their economic state, and environment of anger and revenge in which they have grown up.

The framed mentality pushing them in the kingdom of hell and making them executor against their own soil.

Action of Government

Govt. is taking concrete steps to wipe-off terrorism from the valley. The first things which worry most in the valley are militancy where the government has framed a policy of “talk to Kashmir.” The govt. decided to appoint Dineswar Sharma as interlocutors who will carry on dialogue with local people.

It was a dire need beyond govt. to understand the point of view for moving any step further. Actually, we all know the gun will never bring the solution, a discussion with an open heart can able to shape that.

Govt. attacked separatist whose funding use to advance terrorism and in structuring stone pelters in the valley. The govt. has directed the Income-tax Department to hit Separatist directly.

 In light of the Incident of Burhan Wani nurtured a lesson to authority. Internet which used as a tool of creating wildfire was no longer a source of communication but was giving rise to tension in the valley.

The govt. stepped in this and cut-off internet from the valley. This resulted in only 3000 people turned up for Sabzar’s funeral.
